By using the services of AquaStep Sanford Pool Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Sanford, FL and surrounding areas. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling any service with us.
We offer a range of pool care services including weekly maintenance, deep cleaning, equipment repairs, and specialized treatments. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
All services are performed during our normal business hours: Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Emergency services may be available by special arrangement.
You can schedule services by calling us at (407) 798-8661 or submitting a request through our website. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
For weekly service customers, we follow a regular schedule. If we cannot access your property on the scheduled day due to locked gates or pets, we will attempt to contact you and may need to reschedule at your expense.
Payment is due upon completion of one-time services. For weekly service plans, payment is due monthly in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Any additional services or materials required beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and require your approval before proceeding.
You grant us permission to access your property during scheduled service times. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your pool area, including securing pets and notifying us of any hazards. We carry liability insurance but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by improper pool construction or maintenance by others.
While we take great care in servicing your pool, we are not liable for damage to pool equipment, plumbing, or surfaces that result from normal wear and tear or defects in materials or installation by others.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our guarantee covers our workmanship but does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, improper pool usage, or equipment failure.
Either party may terminate weekly service agreements with 30 days written notice. One-time services cannot be canceled once work has begun. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, Florida, in accordance with Florida law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
